Rosemary Pear Tart with Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 2 pears
- Sugar
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- Honey
- Fresh rosemary
Directions
- Core and slice pears 1/4”
- Place puff pastry on baking sheet. Layer pear slices on top of pastry. Sprinkle goat cheese on top. Layer more pear slices on top. Add more cheese on top. Sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
- After baked, drizzle honey and top with rosemary. Enjoy!
