Creamy Peach Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced (or 1½ cups peach purée)
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
  • ½ cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup cold milk, half-and-half, or coconut milk (for creamy version)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream + peach slices for garnish

Directions

   1.    In a blender, purée peaches until smooth.

   2.    Add lemon juice, sugar/honey, and water. Blend again.

   3.    Stir in milk (or coconut milk for dairy-free).

   4.    Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness.

   5.    Pour over ice and garnish with peach slices or a lemon wedge.
