Elote Mexican Corn

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Tagge corn
  • Cotija cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise  
  • Chili powder
  • 1 lime
  • Cilantro

Directions

  1. Boil corn 10 minutes. Place on baking sheet with foil.
  2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread evenly onto corn.
  3. Cover with cotija cheese.
  4. Sprinkle chili powder on top with cilantro and lime juice. Enjoy!
