Elote Mexican Corn
Ingredients
- 4 ears Tagge corn
- Cotija cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- Chili powder
- 1 lime
- Cilantro
Directions
- Boil corn 10 minutes. Place on baking sheet with foil.
- Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread evenly onto corn.
- Cover with cotija cheese.
- Sprinkle chili powder on top with cilantro and lime juice. Enjoy!
