The Porch Partner's Guide to Hosting a Tagge's Pickup Site

📣 Welcome, Porch Partner!

We’re so glad you’re here.

Porch Partners play a huge role in helping our community stay connected to local food. Every pickup hosted, every conversation shared, and every neighbor invited helps strengthen our local food system in a real way.

This season, we’re working toward a big goal: reaching 2,000 members. We truly believe we can get there together.

To make sharing easy, we’ve created ready-to-use signs, social posts, graphics, and images you can use anytime. Whether you post online, put out signage, or simply tell a friend about us, it all helps us grow.

We’ve designed the Porch Host experience to be as simple and supportive as possible, and we’re grateful to have you as part of this community. There are a few helpful things to know, which we’ve outlined in the sections ahead. Please review them, and if you ever need anything, we’re here to help.

Thank you for helping local food reach more families this season.

⭐️ Porch Partner Rewards & Responsibilities

We believe in celebrating community builders. Here’s what you’ll receive as your site grows:

🎃 Receive a pumpkin porch display during the fall season($200 value!)

📣 Free flyers, social posts, and support to help grow your site

Your Role in Supporting Local Food & Community

With great rewards comes great responsibility. Being a Porch Partner means you’re agreeing to the following when you host a pickup site:

🧹  Weekly Site Check

Make sure your pickup area is clean, safe, and accessible on pickup days. In bad weather, ensure boxes are covered or under shelter if possible.

📋  Box Check & Grace Period Support

At the end of each pickup day, check if any boxes are left behind. Send a quick message to Farmhand with a list of members who still need to pick up (they’ll send out a reminder on your behalf).

🚪 Help Members Feel Welcome

Occasionally, new members may ring your doorbell or knock because they’re confused about where to find their box. A friendly wave, pointing them to the right spot, or a quick explanation goes a long way.

💬  Communication & Feedback

Let us know if anything comes up—missed deliveries, concerns about quality, or if your availability ever changes. We’re here to support you!

🏘️ Your Flyer

Print and post it in high-traffic, local places.

Where to Post:

  • Community bulletin boards (grocery stores, libraries, gyms–where allowed)
  • Schools or daycares (with permission)
  • Your front gate, fence, or porch rail
  • Hand out to coworkers, friends, or local businesses you know

First post of the season

Best decision I made this year — our porch is officially a Tagge's CSA pickup site for the summer. Brigham City sweet corn, vine-ripened tomatoes, summer melons, the whole Wasatch Front harvest, every week from July through October. Want in? taggesfruit.com/csa

Our porch is on the Tagge's route this summer ✅ If you live nearby and want farm-fresh produce dropped a few houses down every week instead of a Costco run, here's where to sign up: taggesfruit.com/csa

Fall pumpkin reveal

When you host a Tagge's CSA pickup all summer, THIS is the thank-you that shows up on your porch in October 🎃🍂 Laci Tagge styled the whole thing — heirloom pumpkins, gourds, mums, cornstalks. Best perk of any program I've ever joined. Want a porch like this next year? taggesfruit.com/csa

Farm-fresh produce in the summer, pumpkins in the fall. Hosting a Tagge's CSA pickup was a yes from me. taggesfruit.com/csa

Anyone on the Wasatch Front want to host a Tagge's pickup site next year? This is what the fall thank-you looks like 🎃 taggesfruit.com/csa
